. Ruthia’s Style and Party Affairs Nig Ltd was a registered company in 2004. Presently located  1 SIGNBOARD, ADO RD, AJAH, LEKKI (OPPOSITE TOTAL FILLING STATION) RUTHIASTYLE FASHION ACADEMY/COTTAGE FACTORY: Hse 4, Blk 87, Street Y, Abraham Adesanya Estate, AJAH, LEKKI LAGOS, Nigeria. Ruthiastyle is into Ethnic inspired garment making, Wearable Art (Souvenir T-Shirt, Beachwear, Housecoat/Lounge wear and Bags ,etc) and Home creative Art (Bedding's, Table Linens, Bean Bags, Throw pillows, Wall Pictures, etc) Hand-made Items, Fashion accessories, Fridge magnet, key-holder, We produce seasonal colorful apparels for summer period and darker colored fabrics, that gives warmth for garments to be worn in the cold season. As a way of giving back, and sharing our loads of experiences in fashion, we offer training & mentor-ship in Fashion design/construction, Source for Nigerian fabric & also produce Tie & Dye/Batik fabrics and apparels, Produce instructional dvds and author books in fashion related subjects, etc. Also, we are starting off our involvement in the Agricultural sector, by trading on innovative ethnic food range, as well as sourcing and supplying hair and body cream raw materials like Shea butter, coconut oil, etc. The designs churned out of our factory have been mainly ethnically inspired, with focus on designs that project the rich colours, culture and friendliness of the African culture. Ruthia’s Style and Party Affairs started business in , Delta State of Nigeria; then moved to Lagos State, where the company became a member of the Fashion Designers association of Nigeria, In our involvement in the fashion scene we have participated as Ruthia’s Style in many fashion shows and exhibitions within Nigeria and internationally since 1999, The company has also engaged in the marketing of its products in outlets; in Lagos State, at the International Airport, Sheraton Ikeja, The Hub at Palms in V.I,Lagos AND Ilorin, Four point, Oniru, V.I. And in Port Harcourt Rivers State, The Mall, L’Meridian Port Harcourt. Also in Abuja and Warri by representatives. The company has also being involved in the training of community youths in Port Harcourt, River State under the sponsorship of B and B ( Julius Berger ) Nig. Ltd since 2005. Presently, the company now have a training arm in the Lekki area; where students which comprises of High school leavers and professionals are in attendance. One of the directors Mrs Ruth .O. Alawode has being an Home Economics and Fashion Design Lecturer at both the College of Education Warri and Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. And also at the Esaie Couture design school, training others in related subjects she has also authored and co-authored several books in fashion, craft and recently produced several instructional Dvd's, like, ‘’Freehand Cutting of Women’s Wear’’, Pattern making Techniques, Freehand cutting and Sewing of unisex African garments, Sewing techniques, Tye & Dye/Fabric painting techniques, with more Dvd;s being produced in Ruthia’s Style Studio. The company is presently a member of NAWORG (NACCIMA Business Women Group), .NACCIMA (Nigeria association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture), Also a member of SheTrades in the Commonwealth .
